No exceptions. Why? Because I don’t do guesswork with your hair. We’re getting clear on your hair history, goals, budget, maintenance, lifestyle, and what your hair can actually handle. I’ll determine the service, pricing, timing, maintenance, and whether your goal is a one-session slay or a long-game situation. VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS: May be accommodated when necessary. You’ll be required to sign an agreement acknowledging that your package, pricing, timing, or game plan can change once your hair is assessed in person. This will be out blueprint. We make the plan. We set realistic expectations. Then I do the damn thing. 🖤
